  • DESPACHO N.º 24_2019 - DESPACHO N.º 24/2019 It establishes the procedures for certification/inspection of electric vehicle charging points (PCVE) connected to the electric mobility network. It also establishes the models resulting from the acts of inspection and inspection of the PCVE.
  • DESPACHO N.º 26_2017 - DESPACHO N.º 26/2017 Establishes the constituent elements of the simplified design. The simplified project aims to represent the electrical installation to verify compliance with the regulatory safety provisions applicable by the licensing, supervisory, inspectors or technicians responsible.

OCPI Communication Protocol

MOBI.E has currently implemented the OCPI communication protocol version 2.2.

In order to guide its partners, MOBI.E elaborated a document that intends to present in a transparent manner the vision and action plan of this implementation, mapping out a path so that the electric mobility eco-system in Portugal can evolve in accordance with OCPI’s protocol guidelines.

Due to the extent of the protocol and the follow-up that MOBI.E has made with its partners regarding integration, this implementation is being phased out. The first phase, already developed, comprises the integration of CEME (EMSP) and its availability is already a reality.

The second phase of the developments, for integration of OPC (CPO), is now planned and the current documentation with the technical specifications and timelines of the MOBI.E OCPI ecosystem can be find here.

This document version is especially aimed at technical teams (and partners) of CEME (EMSP) and OPC (CEME) enabling them to carry out the required integration developments of their platforms with MOBI.E. All matters connected to this topic should be addressed to mic@mobie.pt placing at the beginning [OCPI].

The document shall be updated as developments are released and the new phases are planned. Until OPC’s total integration (CPO) is possible, we continue to allow the connection between the platforms of OPC (CPO) and that of MOBI.E through the OCPP protocol (1.5 or 1.6).

Due to its technical nature, and to guarantee that it is understood by all interested parties (national and foreign), the document was written in English.

Given the impact that a bad OCPI implementation can have on the entire ecosystem, it is vital that MOBI.E ensure integration tests and follow-up sessions with market agents. The integration procedure can be found here.
