Electric Mobility Suppliers (EMSP or CEME in Portuguese) are the entities that sell electric energy to the Electric Vehicle Users (UVE), for the battery charging of their vehicles at the charging stations from the Mobi.E Network.

Ser detentor de uma licença de Operador de Pontos de Carregamento (OPC) para a Mobilidade Elétrica;
Requerer, junto da Direção-Geral de Energia e Geologia (http://www.dgeg.pt), registo de Comercializador de Eletricidade para a Mobilidade Elétrica (CEME);
Assinar o Acordo de Adesão à Rede de Mobilidade Elétrica com a MOBI.E (veja aqui Contrato de Adesão e faça download)
With the licence, EMSP may commence the supply of electric energy for the electric vehicle user and, to this end, respect the Regulation no. 103/2021. The supplier must guarantee technical, technological and safety compatibility between its IT systems and those of MOBI.E, and the network for electricity distribution.
