The Electric Mobility Energy Supplier (EMSP) is an entity holding a licence to operate charging stations and registered to supply electricity for electric mobility, in accordance with legislation in force (see here), whose activity consists in bulk-purchasing and the retail provision of electric energy for the supply of Electric Vehicle Users (UVE).
With the licence, EMSP may commence the supply of electric energy for the electric vehicle user and, to this end, respect the Regulation no. 103/2021. The supplier must guarantee technical, technological and safety compatibility between its IT systems and those of MOBI.E, and the network for electricity distribution.
